Is ListingPhotoStudio really free?
Yes. Photo editing, twilight, floor plans, listing videos and property websites are free. You pay only what we pay, with no markup: human QC reviews ($0.034 each) and Claude fallback copy, from prepaid credit that never expires.
What do I upload?
JPEG or PNG files, single shots or exposure brackets (3 or 5 per photo), or Dropbox / Google Drive share links. Brackets are grouped by file name or by a fixed count.
How fast are photos ready?
Most photos take a few seconds each on our CPU pipeline. Photos below your QC threshold are re-edited automatically; if still low, they go to the human QC queue with an SLA timer (default 6 hours).
What is the QC score?
A 0–100 score from seven checks (exposure, blown highlights, crushed shadows, colour cast, vertical tilt, softness, noise) plus MLS resolution, with the issues named.
Do you do virtual staging?
Coming soon. Today there is only a preview that places simple furniture on our CPU pipeline; photoreal AI staging needs our GPU path, which is not live yet.
How do you handle MLS rules?
Staged, twilight and object-removed photos get a visible disclosure label on the MLS copy, the unlabeled original is kept in a separate folder, MLS copies are never branded, and remarks are scanned for fair-housing words.
Can my agents book and pay?
Yes. Each studio gets a white-label portal where agents pick services, book a shoot slot and pay through Razorpay.
Can agents ask for changes?
Yes. The delivery page has "Request a revision" under every photo; the request goes to the human QC queue on your SLA and you get an email.
Can it learn my editing style?
Yes. Upload three or more finished photos (optionally with the originals) and new shoots are toned to match.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every account: create listings, upload photos and poll results with an API key.
Is there a Lightroom plugin or mobile app?
Not available yet. The web app works on phones and can be added to the home screen.
